Any people anywhere being inclined and having the power have the right to rise up and shake off the existing government, and force a new one that suits them better…
Abraham Lincoln
January 12 1848

“Any people, anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up and shake off the existing government, and form a new one that suits them better. This is a most valuable, a most sacred right, a right which we hope and believe is to liberate the world. Nor is this right confined to cases in which the whole people of an existing government may choose to exercise it. Any portion of such people, that can, may revolutionize, and make their own of so much of the territory as they inhabit. More than this, a majority of any portion of such people may revolutionize, putting down a minority, intermingled with, or near about them, who may oppose their movements.” ~ Lincoln January 12 1848, expressing the near-universally held Jeffersonian principle, before Lincoln unilaterally destroyed it, that no state could claim its inhabitants as its property.

Idea Title:  How is it possible

Legal system inequity in the Madoff case

How is it possible that a back youth can steal $50 and go directly to jail, yet Madoff can steal $50 billion and be allowed to stay in his $7 million apartment?  Where has the US justice system gone?  Mike Huckabee posed this question first, but it is a good one.  The legal system in the US is broken and corrupt.  I hope Obama can make changes to the system.  Both he and his wife are lawyers and were subjected to the system.  Let’s see some changes.

Idea Title:  Dont produce walking books, but self - teachers

It should not be the purpose of education teach kids information or even to teach them how to think, that will depend on many other things.. It is the purpose of education to teach the kids to know how to teach themselves. Not to mass produce kids with similar information in their heads, but to individually focus on developing each kid into a self-teacher. In focusing on the kids natural talents, to teach them to develop and become their own source of knowledge, of experimenting in order to awake their own inner genius.

Idea Title:  The Thirteenth Tale

based off a book

basically, make a movie based on the book of the same name by Diane Setterfield. It’s a great read and I think it would make an excellent movie.
